President al-Mashat affirms Yemen’s solidarity with Iran in face of terrorism

SANAA, Oct. 27 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, affirmed on Thursday Yemen’s solidarity and standing by the Iranian people and its government in the face of terrorism targeting the security and stability of Iran.

This came during a cable of condolences sent to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, in the victims of the Wednesday terrorist attack that targeted a religious shrine in the city of Shiraz.

In the cable, Al-Mashat strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist attack, which is contrary to all international laws, norms and human values.

He asked a speedy recovery for the wounded, wishing prosperity and the relations of for two brotherly countries and peoples further growth and development in various fields.
