Woman killed in explosion of landmine left behind by coalition in Marib

MARIB, Oct. 26 (YPA) – A woman was killed on Wednesday in the explosion of a landmine left behind by the Saudi-led coalition forces in Marib province.

A local official in the province said that a 20-year-old woman, Muqbila al-Sawmali, was killed as a result of the explosion of a mine left by the aggression forces while she was grazing sheep in Rahoum area in Jabal Murad district.

The official called on the competent authorities to take urgent action to clean the district of mines and cluster bombs, pointing out that many civilians were killed as a result of the remnants of the aggression.
