NMC warns citizens of relatively cold weather in 5 provinces

SANAA, Oct. 17 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center renewed on Monday its warning to citizens living in mountainous highlands, especially in provinces of Bayda, Dhamar, Sana’a, Amran and Saada, from the relatively cold weather during the early morning hours.

 In its weather bulletin, the center warned drivers from the decline in horizontal visibility on roads and mountain turns due to low clouds and fog.

 It also warned citizens to take caution in the area where rain is expected.
