Poisonous plant kills 2 children, poisons third one in Taiz

TAIZ, Oct. 04 (YPA) – A poisonous plant caused the death of two children and poisoning of a third child in Mawiya district of Taiz province.

The two children died due to health complications as a result of eating a poisonous plant, which they thought was the “bean tree”, while another child was poisoned.

 The third victim, in the resuscitation department, is still in a medical condition described as “serious”, due to health complications as a result of eating the poisonous plant.
