Sanaa inaugurates official activities to mark Prophet’s birthday

SANAA, Sept. 24 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor inaugurated on Saturday the official activities to celebrate the religious anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday.

During the event, bin Habtoor delivered a speech on the occasion, in which he indicated that this event is the first official event to celebrate the Prophet’s birthday at the level of ministries and government agencies.

He pointed out that the annual revival of this anniversary, in an unprecedented manner, counts for the glorious September 21 revolution, considering the Prophet’s birthday a blessed day in the life of the Islamic nation.

He stated that the Yemeni people live moments of great victory after eight years of aggression against the homeland, during which the world has rallied against the Yemeni people.

Bin Habtoor pointed out that the defeat of the coalition took place thanks to Allah first, and patience, perseverance and steadfastness of the people and its wise leadership represented by the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Houthi, and the heroes the army and popular forces.
