6 militant of STS injured due to attack targeted their vehicle in Abyan

ABYAN, Sept. 14 (YPA) – A number of UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s elements were injured on Wednesday in an attack targeted a military vehicle in Abyan province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources said that Al-Qaeda elements targeted a military vehicle of transitional militia, after which about six people were injured in Umran valley in Mawdiya district.

This comes after targeting of armed elements believed to belong to Islah for a number of military vehicles belonging to ”Transitional” militants in Mawdiya left about nine dead and wounded yesterday.
