PM stresses importance of strengthening steps of transition to digital economy

SANAA, Sept. 04 (YPA) – Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, on Sunday stressed the importance of promoting the steps of the transition to the digital economy in the plans and programs of the concerned official authorities and the private sector.

During his meeting with the Executive Director of the “We Are All Creative for Technology and Development” Organization, Wafa Al-Ariqi, Dr.bin Habtoor indicated to the positive returns of the digital economy on the national economy, community service and facilitating financial transactions.

The meeting discussed the organization’s initiative to hold a conference for digital transformation, which includes all official bodies and the concerned private sector, with the aim of enhancing and developing the reality of digital transformation in Yemen.
