Speaker of Parliament congratulates his Vietnamese counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Sept. 02 (YPA) – The Speaker of Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, on Friday sent a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Vietnamese National Assembly, Mr. Phung Dinh Hue.

In the cable, Al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Phung on his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
