Islah militants establish new military points in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Sept. 01 (YPA) – The militants of the “first military zone” loyal to Islah established on Thursday military points in the oil directorates of Hadramout province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources explained that the leadership of the first area directed deployment of dozens of gunmen on board military vehicles at the entrances and the center of the city of Sayoun, in anticipation of any armed movements by UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council militants.

The sources pointed out that UAE is moving to root out the militants of the first area and replace them with the “Elite Hadrami” militia, which received its training at Al-Rayyan airport, which is under the control of UAE forces in the city of Mukalla during the past four years.
