Mass crowds begin to flock to commemorate martyrdom of Imam Zaid Bin Ali (PBUH)

SANAA, Aug. 23 (YPA) – Mass crowds of the Yemeni people are flocking  to the capital Sanaa and other Yemeni provinces on Tuesday, to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Zaid bin Ali, the son of Ali ibn Husain, and great-grandson of Ali, who led a revolt against the Umayyad Caliphate, in which he martyred.

On Monday, the organizing committee has called for broad participation in the marches in Sanaa and the provinces to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Zaid bin Ali,(PBUH).
