Parliament Presidium calls on free world parliaments to support Palestinian people
SANAA, Aug. 06 (YPA) – The Presidium of the Parliament on Saturday called on the free Arab and Islamic parliaments, and all the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation to support the Palestinian people and their courageous resistance to confront the arrogance of Zionism.
In a statement issued by it today, the Parliament Presidium strongly condemned the aggression carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on the Gaza Strip, and the crime of assassinating the Palestinian Mujahid in Saraya al-Quds, Commander Taysir al-Jabari.
The Parliament Presidium saluted the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and expressed, in its name and the Yemeni people, sincere condolences and sympathy to the Islamic Jihad Movement, Al-Quds Brigades, the Palestinian people, and the martyr’s family.
The statement affirmed the right of the Palestinian people and resistance to respond to the Zionist aggression, denouncing the shameful silence of the puppet Arab regimes towards those crimes committed against the Palestinian people, in full view of the world.
In its statement, the Parliament Presidium called on the United Nations and the international community to play its humanitarian and moral role in condemning these crimes and working to stop the arrogance and intransigence of the Zionist enemy.
