SANAA, Jul. 31 (YPA) – The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Ibrahim Al-Hamli, discussed on Sunday with Director of the German Agency for International Cooperation (giz) In Yemen, Marc Schumacher, cooperation aspects between the council and the agency.
In the meeting, Al-Hamli stressed the importance of the agency’s implementation of development and service projects that contribute to alleviating the humanitarian suffering in Yemen due to the aggression and siege that has continued for eight years.
He called for expanding the agency’s projects in Yemen, confirming the Council’s readiness to provide all necessary facilities for its work.
For his part, the director of the German agency affirmed the commitment to cooperate with the council, praising the council’s efforts in providing facilities to the agency and all organizations operating in Yemen.
