PM directs to implement judicial rulings on protection of state lands

SANAA, July. 24 (YPA) – Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, directed on Sunday to follow up the implementation of judicial rulings on the protection of state lands.

Bin Habtoor, in his weekly meeting, discussed ways to protect state lands and properties and recover what was looted, in accordance with final judicial rulings.

He urged the Ministry of Legal Affairs and the Land Authority, to form a follow-up committee to follow up the procedures for implementing judicial rulings issued during the last period, and to take legal measures that guarantee the restoration and preservation of lands and public property.

The meeting also discussed the appropriate coordination mechanism between the Ministry of Legal Affairs and the Land Authority to follow up the implementation of judicial rulings issued in favor of the state.
