Explosive device planted in Aden city dismantled

ADEN, Jul. 04 (YPA) – The so-called “emergency force” of the UAE-backed Security Belt announced on Sunday the dismantling of an explosive device, planted in Al-Mimdara area of Sheikh Othman district in Aden province, southern Yemen.

The emergency force said “through continuous follow-up operations and intensification of field efforts, the Belt Forces were able to dismantle an explosive device connected to a cell phone at Al-Mashroa intersection.”

The forces cordoned off the area and started an investigation to collect evidence and identify those involved in planting the explosive device.
