Sayyed Al-Houthi urges official, societal sides to cooperate to promote local production

SANAA, Jun. 29 (YPA) – The Leader of Yemeni Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, on Wednesday urged the official and societal sides to cooperate and move towards local production and work to establish investment institutions and companies, and cooperative societies.

Sayyed Abdulmalik stressed, during his meeting today with dignitaries and residents of Hajjah province, that the local production has become a necessity in all respects, because importing is expensive and the complexities of wars and conflict in the West have had a great impact on the economy.

He pointed out that the high prices of oil derivatives which resulted in the increase in transportation costs require moving local production.
