Kuwait announces suspension of issuing visit visas until further notice

KUWAIT, Jun. 28 (YPA) – Kuwait’s Interior Ministry announced that it had stopped issuing visit visas for Family and Tourism from today until further notice.

The measure will come into force on Monday, The ministry said in a tweet.

The General Directorate of Relations and Security Information explained that the residence sector had stopped issuing entry (visits) due to new mechanism is to be introduced by Residency Affairs department.
