Over 8 tons of hashish, narcotics destroyed in Saada

SAADA, Jun. 26 (YPA) – The Public Prosecution Office in Saada province on Sunday destroyed 8 tons and 529 kilograms of hashish and 47 kilograms of “Shabu” (narcotic substance).

The destruction process, which took place on the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, was supervised by the head of the appeals prosecution in Saada, Judge Abdel Wahab Al-Sharafi, the province’s security director, Brigadier Abdullah Al-Tawoos, and the governor’s advisor, Sheikh Saleh Sharma.
