SANAA, Jun. 24 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 175 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Thursday, citing a military source.
According to the military source, two airstrikes of reconnaissance planes hit Al-Fakhir area of Dhalea, injuring three citizens and 64 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea, and Bayda provinces and border fronts.
The source affirmed that the mercenaries established combat fortifications in surrounds of Marib, Al- Al-Kadeha and Tabat Hathari areas in Osaifra and Tabat Abu Mohammed in Al-Aneen area of Taiz and south of Lafat Al-Swdah area in Jizan.
They also carried out two infiltration attempts at the army’s sites in Al-Ahtoob area of Jabal Habashi in Taiz and military reinforcements were recorded in Al-Ahtoob area of Taiz.
The source pointed out that eight Katyusha rockets attacked citizens’ homes and the army’s sites in Malaa, Al-Balq Al-Sharqi and Al-Hajily areas of Marib.
He also said that 29 violations by an artillery and missile shelling were recorded and a guided rocket was launched at the army’s sites in Rutab Abu Saleh of Al-Makhdrah area in Bayda.
The source mentioned that an artillery bombing attacked the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi, Malaa and Al-Akd areas of Marib, Haradh and Bani Hassan areas of Hajjah, Al-Madafin, Al-Malaheedh, Munabeh and Razih districts of Saada.
The source added that an artillery bombardment targeted the army’s sites in Al-Kanab, Jabal Twailq and Al-Amood areas of Wadi Jara in Jizan region and Al-Sakhrah area of Asir.
In addition, the source declared that 73 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Hajjah, Taiz, Saada, Bayda, Dhalea and border fronts.
