134 violations of humanitarian, military truce recorded in Yemen

SANAA, Jun. 21 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 134 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Monday, citing a military source.

According to the military source, ten airstrikes of reconnaissance planes hit Al-Fakhir area of Dhalea, injuring two citizens and 31 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea, Lahj and Bayda provinces and border fronts.

The source affirmed that the mercenaries established combat fortifications in surrounds of Marib, Al-Ahtoob, Al-Barh, Al-Arba’in and Al-Kadeha areas of Taiz and Al-Fakhir area of Dhalea, and they also carried out two infiltration attempts at the army’s sites in Al-Ahtoob area of Taiz and Karish area of Lahj.

The source pointed out that eight Katyusha rockets attacked citizens’ homes and the army’s sites in Malaa, Al-Balq Al-Sharqi and Al-Hajily areas of Marib.

He also said that 22 violations by an artillery shelling were recorded at the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi, Malaa, Serwah, Al-Zoor areas of Marib, Al-Ahtoob area of Taiz, and Al-Mazraq, Hairan, Haradh areas of Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea and border fronts.

The source mentioned that an artillery bombing attacked the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi, Malaa and Al-Akd areas of Marib, Al-Tufaily area of Taiz, Haradh and Al-Mazraq areas of Hajjah.

The source added that an artillery bombardment targeted the army’s sites in Al-Madafin and Al-Malaheedh areas of Saada, Karish area of Lahj, Al-Fakhitha, Al-Amood areas of Jizan region.

In addition, the source declared that 65 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Hajjah, Taiz, Saada, Lahj, Bayda, Dhalea and border fronts.
