Speaker of Parliament congratulates Russian, Philippine counterparts

SANAA, Jun. 12 (YPA) – The Speaker of Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, on Sunday sent two cables of congratulations to the Chairman of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, and the Philippines Speaker of Parliament, Alan Villa Skocio.

In the cables, Al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Volodin and Skocio on the occasion of their countries’ celebrations of the National Days.
