Coalition forces commit 101 violations of humanitarian truce within 24 hours

PROVINCES, Jun. 09 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition forces and their mercenaries committed 101 violations of the UN-brokered humanitarian and military truce during the past 24 hours, military source reported on Thursday.

The source explained that among the violations were five raids by the coalition reconnaissance aircraft on Jadafer area in Jawf province.

The violations included 33 sorties of armed and spying reconnaissance aircraft in the airspace of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Jawf, Saada, Dhalea, and Bayda provinces and over the border fronts.

The coalition mercenaries also committed 12 violations with artillery shelling on the positions of the army and the popular committees in Marib, Hajjah, Saada, and Jizan, according to the source.

The source added that 53 violations by shooting at the homes of citizens and the sites of the army and popular committees were also recorded in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea, and the border fronts.
