Militant killed, 3 others wounded in Marib attack

MARIB, June. 08 (YPA) – A militant belonging to the Saudi-led coalition forces was killed and 3 others were wounded on Wednesday when the Sanaa forces foiled an attempt infiltrate towards several military sites in Marib province.

Local sources in Marib affirmed that an armed group affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition forces tried to infiltrate from its positions in Salafi hilltop towards the Sanaa forces’ sites of al-Hamam al-Hamra hilltop” and “That al-Ra”, northwest of the city.

A military vehicle of the coalition was destroyed with a thermal missile during the attack.
The sources affirmed that the coalition’s attack in Marib came in light of the continued violations of the UN-brokered humanitarian and military truce.
