UAE refers Hani Bin Braik for investigations

ADEN, Jun.07 (YPA) – The southern Yemeni politician Adel al-Hasani has said that The United Arab Emirates (UAE) referred  Hani bin Brik, vice president of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) for investigation .

Adel al-Hasani revealed in a tweet, that “a close source to the STC says that Hani Bin Braik has been referred for investigations on assassination files, as he has UAE nationality.”

The STC is totally silent over the issue while preparations for appointing a new vice president are under way, he added .

“What does the UAE want from this step towards a tool that works with them wholeheartedly?” he asked .
