Insan Org. condemns crimes against passengers in Tor Al-Baha

SANAA, Jun. 05 (YPA) – Insan Organization for Human Rights and Freedoms condemned the horrific and repeated crimes resulting in the shedding of innocent blood on the side of the road in the Tor Al-Baha Lahj-Taiz line, which is under the control of  Saudi-led coalition’s mercenaries, the most recent of which was the killing of the child Akram Al-Suwaidi from Taiz province.

In a statement, the organization denounced the killing of the child Al-Azazi, while he was passing with his father in Al-Ma’amiya area on Tor Al-Baha line on his truck, at dawn last Thursday.

The statement pointed out that the local parties, the international community, human rights defenders and all human rights actors have forgotten previous crimes which is the most prominent reason that encourages continuation of this aggression against travelers. Travelers Abdulmalik Al-Sanabani, Dr. Atef Al-Harazi, and others who were killed recently.

The organization called to hold the perpetrators accountable for these crimes, and to take a fair penalty and criminal prosecution, expressing its astonishment at the inaction and silence of the United Nations and all human rights actors about these repeated crimes and not playing their role in putting pressure on the parties, authorities and responsible authorities in these areas in order to secure these roads from recurring crimes.

It stressed that it will work to follow up, monitor and detect all violations and crimes in Yemen, and work to follow up on the establishment of criminal files in coordination with the judicial authorities, until justice is achieved.
