Military negotiating committee arrives in Amman to participate in 2nd round of talks

AMMAN, Jun. 04 (YPA) – The Military Negotiating Committee of Sanaa government arrived on Friday in the Jordanian capital, Amman, coming from Muscat to participate in the second round of discussions.

Head of the committee, Major General Yahya Abdullah Al-Razami, confirmed that the participation in the second round of discussions comes as a continuation of the previous discussions and in implementation of the outcomes of the first round.

“The extension of the truce is an opportunity that must be exploited by the other party to show good intentions and implement the provisions that have stumbled during the last period,” Al-Razami said.

He added that the initiative that was launched during the first round of discussions is still valid and helps open many roads in Taiz and other provinces.
