114 violations of UN-declared truce recorded in Yemeni provinces

SANAA, June 01 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 114 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Wednesday, citing a military source.

According to the military source, 35 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Jawf, Hajjah, Dhalea, Bayda and border fronts.

The source affirmed that an air raid of reconnaissance planes hit citizens’ homes in Habil Al-Masaai area of Qaataba district in Dhalea, killing two citizens, pointing out that new combat fortifications were created in surround of Marib city.

He also said that 17 violations by an artillery and missile shelling were recorded at the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi and Malaa areas of Marib.

The source mentioned that an artillery bombing targeted the army’s sites in the eastern side, Al-Jabal Al-Ahmar of Al-Hawamira area in Taiz and in Haradh area of Hajjah.

The source pointed out that the mercenaries bombarded the army’s sites in Qumamat Al-Ghawia in Saada, Jizan region and in Maimanat Al-Biqaa area of Najran.

In addition, the source declared that 60 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada and border fronts.
