Texas shooting death toll rises to 21

SANAA, May 25 (YPA) – Texas Senator Roland Gutierrez has said  that the death toll from the state’s elementary school shooting has risen to 18 children and three adults, CNN reported.

Earlier, Governor Greg Abbott announced that “at least 14 pupils and teachers were killed in a mass shooting at Rob Elementary School in Uvalde.”

He noted that the shooter was an 18-year-old student at Ofaldi High School.

US media reported that the attacker  had shot dead his grandmother before the incident, and injured two police officers.
