Israeli occupation forces break into Jenin camp, arrest young man after violent clashes

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, May 18 (YPA) – Media reported that the Israeli army withdrew from Jenin camp after the arrest of a young man. The occupation forces stormed the city from several axes and besieged the camp amid a heavy deployment of its snipers on the roofs of houses.

According to local sources, the occupation forces arrested Ausiad Turkman, whose family home was raided by Israeli forces amid clashes between Palestinian resistance fighters and troops during the incursion.

At dawn on Wednesday, Israeli army forces launched a campaign of raids and arrests into various areas of the West Bank,

The occupation forces arrested a number of citizens. The arrests took place in Hebron and Jenin governorates, most of the arrested  were freed prisoners.

The Jenin refugee camp has witnessed sporadic clashes between Israeli occupation soldiers, and Palestinians.
