Coalition troops commit 95 violations of UN-declared humanitarian truce

SANAA, April 26 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 95 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Monday, citing a military source.

According to the military source, 38 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Bayda, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada and Dhalea provinces.

The mercenaries also created new combat fortifications in Shada fort of Murais district in Dhalea.

He confirmed that nine violations by missile and artillery shelling were recorded, while three Katyusha rockets attacked the army’s sites in Al-Amood, Serwah and Al-Balq Al-Sharqi areas of Marib.

Moreover, the source affirmed that an artillery bombardment and tanks’ shells targeted the sites of the army and the popular committees in Al-Majidat and Al-Mabrak areas of Hajjah.

The source pointed out that an artillery shelling targeted sites of the Yemeni army in Haradh district of Hajjah.

In addition, the source declared that 47 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Bayda, Hajjah, Saada and Dhalea.
