Coalition violates UN-brokered truce in Yemen 1,480 times

SANAA, April 17 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition forces have carried out 1,480 violations for the past 15 days against the UN-brokered humanitarian and military truce in Yemen.

A military source confirmed that the coalition forces’ breaches during the past 24 hours amounted to 60, of which 47 flights of armed reconnaissance and spy drones over the airspace of the provinces of Jawf, Hajjah, Saada.

He indicated that the coalition forces targeted several positions of the army and popular forces in the area of al-Madafan of Saada, with artillery.

Additionally, about 12 violations were recorded by shooting at the homes of citizens and the sites of the army in Hajjah and Saada.
