Coalition’s troops commit 108 violations of UN-declared truce within 24 hours

SANAA, April 09 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 108 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Saturday, citing a military source.

The source affirmed that two citizens were killed and three others injured due to an artillery bombing of coalition’s mercenaries at Razih district of Saada province.

According to the military source, 76 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Bayda provinces and beyond the borders, while three raids of armed reconnaissance planes hit the Yemeni army and popular committees sites in Al-Barh area of Taiz province.

He confirmed that the coalition’s mercenaries had created three combat fortifications in Al-Taaz mountain of Al-Akd area in Marib and they carried out an infiltration at the Yemeni army’s sites in Al-Selw area of Taiz.

Moreover, the source pointed out that eight artillery bombardments of the mercenaries were monitored on the sites of the army and the popular committees in Al-Akd area of Marib.

The source pointed out that an artillery shelling targeted the civilians homes and sites of the Yemeni army in Al-Zor village of Serwah, Malaa and Al-Balq Al-Sharqi areas of Marib, and Al-Alama, Al-Rawqi, Al-Kamb hills of Najran and Jizan regions.

In addition, the source declared that 21 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada and Dhalea.
