Coalition launches airstrike, artillery shelling during past hours

SANAA, April 01 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched three airstrikes on Jawf province, while the forces of aggression and its mercenaries continued their rocket and artillery bombardments on a number of provinces in the past 24 hours, Saba news agency reported on Friday, citing a military source.

According to the military source, the coalition reconnaissance drones carried out a strike on Wadi al-Salamat in al-Ghail district in Jawf governorate,  in violation of the truce declared by the coalition of aggression, while the forces of aggression and mercenaries developed combat fortifications in Maymanat al-Jub in Dhalea governorate.

Moreover, The source pointed out that the Coalition’s mercenaries  launched  rocketry attacks on the positions of the army and the popular  committees in the districts of  Shada  and Monabbih of Saada province.

The source confirmed that 30 artillery bombardments were observed by mercenaries on army positions and popular committees in several areas of Marib province.

Furthermore, the aggression forces shelled the positions of  the army and popular committees in separate areas of Haradh district in Hajjah province,  as well as bombing several areas in Taiz and Dhalea provinces.

Additionally, the coalition  forces launched artillery shelling on  the positions of the army and popular committees in Najran region.
