12 killed in Russian airstrike on regional administrative building in Ukraine

SANAA, March 30 (YPA) – At least 12 people were killed and 33 others injured in an air strike by Russian forces on a regional administrative building in the southeastern Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry press service said  on Tuesday.

According to Xinhua, the ministry said the airstrike,  which took place at around 8:45 a.m. local time (0545 GMT), destroyed half the nine-story building.

According to the ministry, 18 people were pulled from the rubble alive following the attack.
