New civilian military administrations begin to be formed in southern Ukraine

MOSCOW, March 26 (YPA) – New civilian military administrations are being formed in areas of southern Ukraine, which are under the  control of the  Russian forces, a senior Russian official has said.

“New civilian military administrations have already begun to be formed there, Russian television and radio broadcasts have been launched, and people are increasingly using the Russian ruble in their dealings,” Permanent representative of Crimea Georgy Muradov, told Novosti.

All these steps in the right direction, because south-eastern Ukraine has always been an important part of Russian civilization, and it was within the province of Taurida (Russian historical).”
