Yemen, China discuss humanitarian, political situation

SANAA, March 24 (YPA) – Head of the Sanaa delegation for negotiations, Mohammed Abdul Salam, discussed on Thursday the humanitarian and political situation in Yemen with the Chinese Ambassador to Yemen Kang Yong.

Abdul Salam affirmed that they discussed also the path of a UN-sponsored possible humanitarian truce, which includes humanitarian treatments and a cessation of military operations.

He said on Twitter that the discussion took place through a phone call made by the Chinese ambassador Kang Yong.
