FM congratulates his Iranian counterpart on ‘Nowruz’

SANAA, March 20 (Saba) – Foreign Minister, Hisham Sharaf, on Sunday sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.

In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Amir-Abdollahian on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of Nowruz.

Nowruz, the Persian word for “new day,” marks the vernal equinox and the first day of spring.
