LAHJ, March 17 (YPA) – A senior leader of the southern factions was injured on Thursday in clashes between gunmen from Dhalea and Radfan areas in Lahj province, southern Yemen.
This was reported by Yemen News Portal , based on the testimonies of sources local sources.
According to local sources, the commander of the so-called “First Brigade southern resistance” Colonel Bassel Saif Sukra along with several others militants were injured, following an ambush set up by the gunmen from Radfan in the center of the Directorate of Habilin on Dhalea-Aden road.
Tensions continue to rise between the two sides.
