5 civilians killed due to landmine blast in Hodeida

HODEIDA, March. 16 (YPA) – Five civilians were killed on Wednesday due to a landmine blast in Hodeida province, a security source told Yemen Press Agency.

The Executive Center for Mine Action indicated that the landmine of US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s remnants exploded in Kilo 16 area, killing five citizens from the same family.

The center pointed out that it has been recorded killing and wounding 28 civilians due to cluster bombs and war remnants since the beginning of March.
