SANAA, March 13 (YPA) – The National Committee for Prisoners Affairs condemned on Saturday the crime of executing committed against 2 war captives of the Yemeni army by Saudi regime.
The Committee said in a news statement that the Saudi regime executed about dozens of the Saudi citizens, including 2 Yemenis, inside Saudi jails.
The statement affirmed that the operation of execution is a flagrant of all laws and covenants confirming the respect of prisoners of war without being subjected to any harm.
Additionally, the crime of executing the two captives, Hakim Matari Yahya Al-Batini, and Haider Ali Haider Al-Shawdani, by Saudi regime, is a dangerous precedent against prisoners.
