Popular rallies held in Taiz to condemn seizing fuel ships

TAIZ, March 07 (YPA) – Taiz province witnessed on Monday popular rallies to denounce the continued detention of oil derivatives ships by the Saudi-led coalition and preventing them from the entry of Hodeida port.

In the rallies, the participants chanted slogans denouncing the continued US-backed Saudi-Emirati coalition in maritime piracy and the seizure of oil derivatives ships for bringing the Yemeni people under a control and a guardianship.

They considered the blockade and the detention of fuel ships a war crime that contradicts international and humanitarian charters and laws.

The rallies stressed that economic blockade imposed by the coalition aiming to aggravate the catastrophic humanitarian situation for the Yemeni people.
