Two citizens killed by Zionist attack on Syria

DAMASCUS, March 07 (YPA) – At least two citizens were killed on Monday as a result of a new Zionist aggression targeting some points in Syria’s southern region.

“At around 5 a.m. this morning, the Israeli enemy carried out an aerial  aggression from the direction of south Beirut, targeting some points in the vicinity of Damascus, and our air defenses confronted the missiles of aggression and shot down most of them,” a military source told SANA.

The source noted that the aggression resulted in “the death of two civilians in addition to causing some material losses”.

On December 24 , three Syrian soldiers were killed as a result of Zionist rocket attacks on some points near Damascus.
