MARIB, Feb. 27 (YPA) – Fierce battles broke out on Sunday between Sanaa forces and Saudi-led coalition’s troops in Marib province, resulted in death dozens and injuring others, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.
The sources reported that the Yemeni army launched on Sunday night an offensive against coalition’s troops sites in Abida valley, liberating strategic Al-Sum area in southwest of Marib city.
The sources mentioned that the coalition’s fighter jets waged several airstrikes, attempting to stop advancing Sanaa forces.
