Islah Party’s gunmen kidnap lawyer in Taiz

TAIZ, Feb. 19 (YPA) – Gunmen of Islah Party loyal to Saudi-led coalition kidnapped on Saturday the lawyer Yousef Al-Asali from the front of his home in Taiz city and took him to police admin of Al-Mudhaffar District after assaulting him, local sources reported.

The sources indicated that the lawyer, Al-Asali, contacted the prosecutor in western Taiz to verify the kidnappers’ allegations that they had received orders to arrest him, and he found that these allegations were unfounded.

The city of Taiz has been living in a state of lawlessness under the control of the coalition and its armed factions, which citizens accuse of being behind the kidnappings of citizens in the city.
