Army carries out offensive off Najran

NAJRAN, Jan. 29 (YPA) – The Yemeni army and popular committees heroes, on Saturday carried out an offensive in Al-Ajashir front off Najran border province, liberating about 163 km/square, a military source told Yemen Press Agency.

The source declared that the army and popular committees were able to take control over Taibat Al-Esm camp, Al-Qahira, Al-Ramlah Al-Sauda, Al-Amhor mountains, Al-Qathamil and Al-Raba’h hills.

The source pointed out that the battles in the front left heavy losses in lives and equipments of the enemy.
