Army repels large attack of coalition towards Eyn, Harib: Army Spokesman

SANAA, Jan. 19 (YPA) – The Yemeni armed forces spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, affirmed that the armed forces foiled on Wednesday a large attack carried out by the Saudi-led coalition forces towards Eyn district of Shabwa and Harib district of Marib.

The spokesman said about 50 militants of the coalition were killed and wounded in the attack, as well as a number of armored vehicles were destroyed, despite the intense air cover by the coalition’s warplanes.

He stated that the missile force accurately targeted large gatherings of the coalition forces with two ballistic missiles.
