SANAA, Jan. 18 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s warplanes waged on Tuesday 48 airstrikes on a number of Yemeni provinces, leaving dead and wounded and destroying several homes, security sources told Yemen Press Agency.
The sources affirmed that the coalition’s aircrafts launched 10 raids on Al-Jouba district, five ones on Harib district, five others hit Al-Balq area of Al-Wadi district, three strikes targeted Al-Abdyia district and another one attacked Serwah district of Marib province.
The sources pointed out that three airstrikes hit Ayn district of Shabwa province and three raids targeted Bayda city.
In Jawf, the fighter jets attacked Al-Labnat area of Al-Hazm district two times and targeted Khab Washa’f district with three strikes, while three air raids hit Al-Fakhir area of Qa’tabah district.
Previously, the warplanes bombarded Sanaa province with ten raids were distributed on Shua’ib mountain of Bani Matar district, the military college, Parliament building and 21 September park.
