Saudi-led coalition wages 53 airstrikes on Yemeni provinces

SANAA, Jan. 15 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s warplanes waged on Saturday 53 airstrikes on various areas in several Yemeni provinces over the past 24 hours, security sources said.

In Marib, the aircrafts launched 12 raids on Harib district, nine others hit Al-Jouba district and five ones attacked Al-Wadi district, while 16 strikes targeted Al-Ganthaa area of Baihan district in Shabwa province.

In Bayda, the fighter jets attacked Al-Sawma’h district five times, waged two raids on Natea district and another air strike hit Al-Sawadiya district, while in Saada, two strikes targeted Fara area of Ketaf district and another raid attacked Laya valley in border Al-Dhaher district.
