Cold to very cold weather expected in coming 24 hours

SANAA, Jan. 10 (YPA) – The weather will be expected on Monday cold to very cold in most Yemeni provinces within the coming 24 hours, the National Center for Meteorology said.

In its weather bulletin, the center explained the cold wave would target the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda, Ibb, Dhalea, Lahj, Jawf, Marib, Taiz, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout.

It warned citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients, and workers, to take the necessary precautions to prevent cold shocks, calling on motorists to drive carefully to avoid low visibility due to the formation of fog.
