Mistaken strikes hit military group in Shabwa

SHABWA, Jan. 05 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition warplanes waged on Wednesday mistaken strikes on a group of the Islah Party recruits, including military leaders, in Shabwa province, local sources said.

The sources affirmed that the warplanes launched two raids targeting the group in the Shabwa axis loyal to the coalition forces led by Nasser Al-Quhaih Al-Harthi, the commander so-called of Al-Nasr Brigade in the district.

The sources confirmed that the coalition forces moved to transport the wounded and the charred remains of the dead, under the extreme secrecy.

This raid is the second targeting Saudi-backed Islah militia in Shabwa, 4 days after the raid that targeted the so-called Facilities Protection Brigade in Markha Al-Olayya in the same province.
