Celebration to honor Yemeni football junior team kicks off at Al-Thawra Sports City Stadium

SANAA, Jan. 05 (YPA) – A mass public celebrations began on Wednesday to honor the national junior team crowned by the West Asian Championship.

Yemeni Crowds flocked to Al-Thawra Sports City Stadium,  in the capital Sanaa,  to honor the team.

This morning, the Ministry of Youth and Sports set a date for the mass celebration and called in a statement for the gathering and honorable attendance at the Sports City Stadium.

He praised the support of the Supreme Political Council for the honoring ceremony, as well as the efforts and cooperation of the Capital Secretariat in preparing and arranging the ceremony to be held with the support of the Ministry of Youth.

 The minster  warned all  citizens against firing shots, and adhering to security directives, in order to preserve the safety of lives and public and private property
